1. General Terms

By booking a service with AZ Clean Detailing, the customer agrees to the terms outlined below. These terms are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

2. Appointments & Booking

  • All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services due to weather, unforeseen delays, or emergencies.

  • Appointments must be scheduled by an individual 18 years or older.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours or No Shows may be subject to a $50 service fee when future appointments are scheduled.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All pricing listed on our website is “starting at” and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, or required add-ons.

  • Final pricing will be confirmed before service begins.

  • If, at the commencement or during the course of providing the Service, it is apparent that the actual cost of the Service will exceed the quote provided by Az Clean Detailing,AZ Clean will provide you with the option to pay an increased fee to complete the service or pay the quoted amount without the service being completed.

  • Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Venmo, and Zelle.

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required for premium or specialty services.

5. Vehicle Condition

  • AZ Clean Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage (e.g., scratches, dents, rust, wear).

  • We will take before-and-after photos for liability and documentation purposes.

  • Some stains, odors, or damage may be permanent and not fully removable despite best efforts.

  • Biological Material (vomit, blood, etc) Clean Up is subject to a $75 fee.

6. Access & Preparation

  • Please ensure your vehicle is accessible, parked legally, and keys are available at time of service.

  • Remove personal belongings before your appointment. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.

  • If we are unable to access the vehicle or begin work within 15 minutes of arrival, the appointment may be canceled.

7. Weather Policy

  • In the event of extreme weather (rain, high winds, etc.), we may reschedule your service for safety and quality.

  • You will be notified as soon as possible if weather impacts your appointment.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you're not fully satisfied, please notify us within 48 hours of your service. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issues.

  • No refunds will be issued once a service has been performed, but a re-service may be offered at our discretion.

9. Damage Liability

  • Our team is trained and insured. In the unlikely event of accidental damage, we will assess and resolve it on a case-by-case basis.

  • AZ Clean Detailing is not responsible for damage resulting from existing faults, aftermarket accessories, or improper vehicle maintenance.

10. Privacy & Photos

  • We may take photos of your vehicle before and after detailing for marketing, insurance, and documentation purposes.

  • No personally identifiable information will be shared without your consent.

11. Right to Refuse Service

AZ Clean Detailing reserves the right to refuse service for:

  • Unsafe or unsanitary vehicle conditions

  • Aggressive or inappropriate customer behavior

  • Inaccessible or improperly parked vehicles

12. Mobile Service Limitations

  • Mobile detailing is performed at your location and may be limited by weather, space, or access to water/power if required.

  • Customer must provide a safe, legal location for services to be completed. We reserve the right to leave if conditions are unsuitable.
