Free Detail Friday Giveaway – Official Rules

A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning. This giveaway is void where prohibited by law. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of AZ Clean Detailing, which are final and binding in all respects.

1. Sponsor

This promotion is sponsored by AZ Clean Detailing, based in Mesa, Arizona. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Meta, or any other social media platform.

2. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to legal residents of the State of Arizona who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of AZ Clean Detailing are not eligible to win.

3. Entry Period

Each monthly giveaway begins on the first Friday of each month and ends at 11:59 PM (Arizona Time) on the Thursday before the second Friday of that same month. The winner will be announced on the second Friday of each month.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

  1. Follow @AZCleanDetailing on Instagram.

  2. Comment on the official giveaway post by nominating someone who they believe deserves a free detail. The nomination must include a short explanation of why the person deserves to win.

  3. Both the nominator and the nominee must reside in Arizona.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Entries that are incomplete or do not comply with these rules may be disqualified.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

One winning nominee will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The person who nominated the winning nominee will also receive a prize (see Section 6).
Winners will be announced on Instagram via the official AZ Clean Detailing account (@AZCleanDetailing) and will be contacted via direct message. Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their prize or an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Prizes

  • Nominee Prize: One (1) free vehicle detail consisting of an Essentials Detail package with up to three (3) add-ons, up to a total value of $300.

  • Nominator Prize: One (1) 25% discount on their next paid detail service.

If a nominator wins more than once in separate giveaway periods, multiple 25% discounts cannot be combined or applied to a single service. Each 25% discount must be used individually on a separate booking.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. AZ Clean Detailing reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

7. Prize Redemption

The free detail must be booked and completed before the next month’s giveaway winner is announced.
Discounted details (nominator’s 25% off prize) must be booked and completed within six (6) months of issuance.
Scheduling is based on availability, and standard service terms and conditions apply.

8. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received each month.

9. Rights Granted by Entrants

By entering, participants grant AZ Clean Detailing permission to use their names, Instagram handles, submitted nominations, photos, and likenesses for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

10. General Conditions

AZ Clean Detailing reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or any other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity of the promotion. AZ Clean Detailing also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.

11. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants release and hold harmless AZ Clean Detailing, Instagram, and their respective owners, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, or liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance and use of any prize.

12. Disputes

All disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions arising under this giveaway shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

13. Privacy

Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for administering this giveaway and will not be sold or shared with third parties.
